Cryotherapy & Cryo Sculpting
Targeted recovery. Body contouring. Physician-directed care.

Cryo Body Sculpting
For targeted body refinement, skin-tightening goals, and stubborn areas.
Cryo Body Sculpting is designed for patients who want a more focused approach to areas that feel resistant, soft, loose, or difficult to improve with lifestyle alone.
This treatment combines controlled cold therapy with EMS, or electrical muscle stimulation, to support targeted contouring, muscle activation, and skin-tightening goals in the treatment area. The goal is to improve the appearance and feel of the area by working beyond the surface.
Cryo Body Sculpting may be used for areas such as the abdomen, flanks, arms, thighs, back, glutes, or other localized areas based on consultation.
This is not a weight-loss treatment. It is a body refinement treatment.
Pain Management & Recovery Support
For localized discomfort, inflammation, tightness, and recovery support.
For localized discomfort, inflammation, tightness, and recovery support.
Controlled cold therapy may also be used to support patients dealing with localized discomfort, inflammation, swelling, muscle tightness, or recovery-related concerns.
This treatment allows us to apply targeted cold therapy directly to the area of concern. For some patients, this may help calm irritated tissue, reduce temporary inflammation, ease muscle tension, and support improved comfort and movement.
It may be appropriate for areas of overuse, strain, chronic tightness, joint-area discomfort, or recovery after physical activity.
This is not meant to replace medical evaluation when pain needs a deeper workup. It is also not the answer for every type of pain.
But for the right patient, targeted cold therapy can be a practical, noninvasive option for helping the body feel better and recover with more intention.

What to Expect
The right appointment starts with a consultation
Cryo is a strong option for patients who want a noninvasive, targeted treatment for body sculpting, skin-tightening goals, localized discomfort, inflammation, or recovery support.
During your consultation, we will determine if your goal, treatment area, medical history, and expectations align with cryo. We will also review safety considerations, including cold sensitivity, certain medical conditions, implanted devices, pregnancy, recent surgery, skin concerns, and other factors that may affect candidacy.
If cryo is the right next step, we will build your plan.
If it is not, we will guide you toward what makes more sense.
Start with the consultation. Leave with clarity.
