This model allows treatment to evolve over time—without the limitations of traditional insurance or episodic visits.
Membership at ENVY is not built around savings on services, but around access, consistency, and a higher standard of care.

How can I pay for my treatments?

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. ENVY Wellness & Spa accepts all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA funds when applicable.
For patients seeking ongoing care, monthly membership options are available and require a card on file, with billing processed automatically. A 30-day notice is required for membership cancellations.
Financing is available through CareCredit for qualifying treatments and packages, offering flexible payment options when needed.
Gift certificates are available both in-office as printed certificates and digitally through a secure link on our website.
Our approach to payment is direct and transparent—allowing care to be guided by what’s appropriate, not restricted by insurance.

Do you offer promotions?

Seasonal offerings and limited promotions are released throughout the year. We recommend checking our social platforms and online booking site for current availability and event-based pricing. Patients may also take advantage of Evolus Rewards, which offers $40 off neurotoxin every 90 days and a rotating $40 savings on eligible filler treatments when applicable.

What is your cancellation policy?

At ENVY Wellness & Spa, a credit card is required on file to schedule all appointments. This allows us to uphold our cancellation policy.
Deposits: Deposits are only required for select procedures. Self-booking appointments typically do not require upfront payment unless there are repeated no-shows, at which point a deposit may be required to continue scheduling.
Cancellations: We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to $50 or $25 per hour of scheduled appointment time, charged to the card on file.
Repeat Violations: Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit to secure future bookings.
We appreciate your understanding as these policies help us respect the time of our providers and other clients.

Our Aesthetic Treatment Session is typically designed for a single treatment modality or focused appointment, such as neurotoxin (“tox”), lip augmentation, filler maintenance, or a smaller injectable service.
For patients interested in combining treatments, addressing multiple areas, completing a more advanced procedure, or moving forward with a comprehensive anti-aging plan, we recommend booking an Extended Aesthetic Treatment Session. These appointments allow additional time for more involved services such as facial balancing, multiple injectable treatments, PDO threads, advanced laser procedures, or continuation of a previously established treatment plan.
